I'm working on some vechiles for my 15mm post apocalypse games, first one done and ready for painting picture , those GZG MAWP's have got me thinking of doing terminator games (that and the Sarah Connor Chronicles paying in the background as I was working on it).

'Playing in the background', the GZG Wheeled (Paladin & Phalanx) vechiles look like they would make good skynet vechiles (and I just ordered my second lot).

It looks good.

But, please, change the word to "vehicle" everywhere on your site. I don't know what a "vechile" is, and if someone searches for "vehicle", they won't find your site.

:)

Earl of the North14 Mar 2008 11:47 a.m. PST

However if they used vechile they would. wink

Earl of the North14 Mar 2008 11:53 a.m. PST

Actually they would find a lot of stuff for vechiles link and a lot of stuff for vehicles link , anyway I changed it for you. grin

Rassilon14 Mar 2008 12:04 p.m. PST

Niiice… :) Thanks!

Oh and I should have said, it was orginally a Battlefield Evolution shadow (I picked up 18 of them cheap).

Earl of the North14 Mar 2008 1:04 p.m. PST

Whoops….new link link

jpattern214 Mar 2008 2:04 p.m. PST

Good man! :)

Earl of the North14 Mar 2008 2:11 p.m. PST

Why i've been typing vechile instead of vehicle I don't know……errrrrr I blame society, teachers, politicans and the media wink .

Oh, and the drink beer beer beer cheers.

mattblackgod14 Mar 2008 2:46 p.m. PST

Cool vehicles…more temptation for changing scales!

Earl of the North14 Mar 2008 2:53 p.m. PST

I've decided to resurrect an old idea for the terminator style faction……….the Automated Internal REvenue Service (AIRES) using GZG's Phalanx and Paladin as AI controlled vechiles with MAWP's and terminator style figures for handling the close in work of revenue collection………….just because the world has ended doesn't mean you can stop paying your taxes. wink

Earl of the North15 Mar 2008 6:53 a.m. PST

link Added pics of second vehicle (mostly done) and a just started third vehicle.

Earl of the North15 Mar 2008 6:56 a.m. PST

I'm not as happy with the second vehicle, i'll keep working on it I think.

Earl of the North16 Mar 2008 3:19 a.m. PST

Added a third, this one an armoured car. grin

Rassilon16 Mar 2008 11:13 a.m. PST

Isn't the Battlefield Evolution car 28mm??

What did you use as the basis for the second, I actually it better… in fact could be generally used as a near future stock military armored car…

Earl of the North16 Mar 2008 11:50 a.m. PST

It's small but okay for 25mm GZG figure, 28mm figure are way to large. They make good 20mm vehicles and i'm thinking okay as armoured trucks. picture pic with 15/20/25mm figures.

I was thinking of using them in zombie games as well, so no windows.

I'm trying for a 'hastily armoured and converted by scavenging supplies from military bases look', so each vehicle is going to be different (even if only slightly)
