I read the above may years ago I think it was published in the 1970s. I enjoyed it very much. It was about Walter Raleigh and accordingly dealt with Tudor England and its various foriegn engagements. I write this to reccomend it to fellow TMPer's but also to find out if any of you read it and how you found it. I do think the good historical novel is a rarity, but when there good they are very good. |
