How tall are these Foundry Street Violence figures in long coats?

I've been told that not all the packs in the Foundry Street Violence range are at the same size/scale.

These are three that I plan to mix with my Copplestone Castings MIBs, if they are compatible, that is.

Anyone know?

I don't have those but I do have other SV figures (even bought 'em from Neal on-line). The line fits in well with 40k and Gangs of Mega City One, roughly 28mm figures. I use round 25mm bases with them and they fit in nicely with those ranges----if that helps.

I've got a few of the Street Violence range. Bearing in mind that they have created a god variety in height to replicate normal human height variance, typically the males are between 31 and 32 mm to top of the head INCLUDING the base. Females are typically a mm or so shorter.

If so, I might do some weapon swaps, to give them more of an MIB look:

I'd like to make them look like this:

The actual answer CC is "it varies". The Street Violence range by foundry has been sculpted to look like a real group of people. Therefore all the figures are at varying heights and sizes, however all their equipment and the overall build of the figure is kept the same size which keeps them looking in "scale".

Some people like the effect, some don't. After checking a few of mine, the average male height is 28/29mm from foot to eye. So about the same as GW Guard etc. There are some bigger guys and smaller guys. The female figs in the range are almost all shorter than that.

I have the first set. They're a chunky 28mm. They mix well with other current modern ranges, Black Scorpion, RAFM Modern, Copplestone Future Wars, and some of the ERM 22nd Cent. stuff.

I have a friend who is doing 40K cultists using high elf spearmen bodies, and it gives them the whole "long coat look."

How is he dealing with the armour scales?

So, what do you guys think of my weapon swap suggestion above?

CC,

I'd only use the smaller carbines not the long rifles.

Which "high elf spearmen" are those???

Dropzonetoe Fezian05 Nov 2007 3:46 p.m. PST

High elf spearmen legs, Cadian arms and torso, wood elf heads.
