I am sure Leading Edge made a set that included eggs but it escapes me at the moment which one |

I'm pretty sure there are some alienesque eggs in the Kryomek range. |

Fortress figures used to have some. Cast in clear resin too. Now that I need them, I don't see them on their site anymore. |

I've come across 2 myself. I believe that Grendel make some in their sci-fi scenery range (it's part of an 'Aliens' type set of 3 resin pieces) I've also had some from Monolith in the past – they are not on the website, but of you drop Steve an email he may be able to help. |

I've made some out of 'translucent' off-white supersculpy, with a brighter color 'shape' baked inside or 'glow in the dark'

and elmers glue with a touch of green food coloring (very diluted), makes great slime or theres a 'smashing' little article on Reaper site about 'monster drool' that works for a lot of stuff

My solution.. Whoppers Mini Robin Eggs by Hershey.. About 20mm length, various colors with a 'mottled' look, and actually paintable. Also, in their unprimed state, quite edible.. |

Scotia-Grendel has two types: one for the Kryomek range, and one in the generic scifi resin range. The latter has a whole bunch of not-Aliens stuff. Possibly Ainsty, now part of Old Crow has some

You know what looks pretty good, cooked shells for chestnuts. Put an X cut on the top or side and cook and take out the nut. the shell looks a lot like the alien pod. Really! |

The kryomek range has lots of eggs in it, either from Scotia-Grendel or from Kryomek USA (no website, email them via the address listed here in the TMP directory). I seem to remember Fortress Figures had some too, and they do sometimes cast their out-of-print miniatures on request. |
