Does anyone make wagons or baggage or animals in 10mm scale?

Perrin miniatures from Noble Mini's make wagons in their zulu war range. They can be used for a wide range of periods. I have also converted the orc chariots from the warmaster range into wagons. They are very square and you just need to put a back on them and get some 10mm horses instead of the boars that they come with.

IMHO, Musket Miniatures makes the best wagons out there! They offer a wide variety and yes, they also have loads and baggage packs, livestock and many other very useful accessories.

Pendraken do wagons. I only have the SYW wagons, which are very nice. Can be open or you can attach a cover to them and are 4 wheeled horse drawn. Suitable for other periods.
They also do a carraige (for civilians or generals) I can't comment on the other ranges but you can check their web site.
Irregular miniatures will do them as well.

I have a variety of Pendraken and Perrin wagons for my Colonials, and recommend both. Also, make sure to look at Pendraken's WWII range – there are several wagons there, as well as a very handy "boxes and bags" pack of, well … little boxes and bags.

When you are looking at Pendraken, check the fantasy line as well. I think that is where they keep their pack mules.
