Thoughts on Gun color for Prussian and Hessian carriages?

Gun carriage coloUrs as follows
France – deep red,
Russia – brick red,
Austria – ochre,
Saxony – black,
Prussia – mid blue,
Bavaria – grey,
Wurttemberg – natural wood,
Hanover – red,
Hesse-Kassell – grey or blue,
Brunswick – grey or red,
Sweden – sea blue,
Denmark – red,
United Provinces – dark blue,
Britain – bluey grey.

Didn't the British have red at this time, with blue-grey turning up later in the 18th C?

The Morier Painting shows dark wood, which is probably one of the hardwoods like oak or ash after it has been finished in an oil, like linseed or tounge oil.

The Spanish Bourbon guns were red with black ironwork. I don't know about the Habsburgs'.
