Borderguy,
Thanks for another great installment. One thing I really like is that the members of the party behave exactly like a group of soldiers would in a wartime situation: teasing, bickering, disagreeing during down time, but supporting and covering one another's backs without hesitation in combat. Makes the story more relatable than just a group of warriors who step from battle to battle against a seemingly endless array of foes without any time to rest and recover in between. The characters each have their own personality, likes, dislikes, innate prejudices, etc: completely realistic. Thanks for keeping up with it: the fact that it's a campaign makes it much more entertaining than a one off fight.
New topic: my post from a couple of weeks ago about my homemade corn field. IIRC you said you'd like to do something similar, and in my final post to the thread I offered to send you the pile of leftover stalks I have, if you'd like. You may not have seen my final comment. Just give me an address to send them to, no charge – you've more than earned it with your campaign postings. Let me know.
Once again, love the story. Keep it up. Tom

And thanks for the kind comments. I am trying hard to craft an entertaining tail, and inspire my players to do more RP and interaction. The are unique characters, and all have a very particular play style and characterizations. It has been fun.
