Back in 1981, wargaming was a course taught at Kansas State University. I had the keys to the sim center and they ask me to let them in a few times. As the MI battalion S4, I had permission to let them in if I supervised. Since we used the center every other weekend, it was not a problem. It was part of their Military history degree program. |
