I've got a Congo Colonial game coming up soon, and wanted to pack away some rulers for it, but the extra ones I've got to dedicate to this kit, are some fat wooden rulers I've been avoiding using till now. Strangely, after leaving them out overnight (actually, with some Army Painter Wash applied), I think my players will find the big sticks will look and work pretty fine…..(with a tight grip). :)))

That's pretty cool and thematic. 😀 |

This reminds of the old joke about summer camp: A boy is running full-tilt down the trail and runs right into a camp counselor, who asks why he's running. "I saw a snake!" says the boy, "but it turned out to be a stick." "So," asks the counselor, "then why are you running?" "Well," says the boy, getting his breath back, "the stick I picked up to hit it with turned out to be a snake." Nice job on the snake sticks. They'll be great for a jungle game. |

Fitz and Stew, thank you guys. Oberlindes Sol LIC, thanks for that too – and I'll be sure to remind the guys there's no running around the table! :))) |
