Does anyone know of anybody that provides STL for the aforementioned topic?

While I hate to suggest them, Wargames Atlantic has been doing a number of N/S American indigenous people's files for their digital releases. I cannot speak to their accuracy as they've had some real problems with more modern figures, but worth checking out as you may be able to use some of the parts at least.
