I don't know where they came up with this oddball, but there's something appealing about him.
The factory scheme doesn't really emphasize the double layers of his skin, so I went for a green/red contrast between the top and sub-layer to make his dermatological issues more obvious.
Another very simple model to prep, and it lends itself to drybrushed highlights, which are always quick.
