First off, this section is split into two parts - one area consisting of the straps and holsters (which are black), and another area made up of boots, gun handle and ammo sling (which were painted brown).

Step 1

Black
Basecoated using a mix of 5-parts (Games Workshop) Chaos Black and 1-part (VMC) Dark Blue Grey.
Brown
Basecoated using (Games Workshop) Scorched Brown.
Black + Brown Step 1

Step2

Black
Leaving the basecoat visible in the darkest areas, I began highlighting using a mix of 5-parts Chaos Black and 2-parts Dark Blue Grey.
Brown
Same thing as above, but using a 50/50 mix of Scorched Brown and (Games Workshop) Bestial Brown.
Black + Brown Step 2

Step 3

Black
The next highlight was pretty much same as before, just decreasing the ammount of the black to 3-parts Chaos Black and 2-parts Dark Blue Grey.
Brown
The brown was now highlighted using Bestial Brown.
Black + Brown Step 3

Step 4

Black
For the final highlight on the black, I kept to the extreme edges and used it sparingly, so as not to make the black look too grey. For this, I used a 50/50 mix of Chaos Black and Dark Blue Grey.
Brown
The last highlight on the brown was a 50/50 mix of Bestial Brown and (Games Workshop) Skull White.
Black + Brown Step 4
