Then I assembled it.

Assembled model

After filling and sanding some small gaps between components, I washed the mini in soap and water.

Ready for primer

I then applied multiple coats of primer (wet-sanding between coats), and applied a couple of coats of silver paint (aerosol).

Painted silver

I hand-painted the vertical stabilizer, windscreen, headrest, wheels, and exhaust stacks.
