I'm not old enough to claim senility as an excuse, but I do have the occasional problem of forgetting things. So, before the end of 2006, I'd like to catch up on a few contests that never quite concluded...

Such as the Scavengers Design Contest, sponsored by Scale Creep Miniatures as part of their birthday celebrations!

Entry #1

Without further ado, here are the various files which constitute Andrew Walters's contest entry - the complete game of Franklin's Sea, which you might term an 18th Century Fantasy Game... and a game that can be played on your refrigerator!

Having spent the better part of a week on this, I just want to say...

Wargames are great.

Making and painting miniatures and models is great.

The Miniatures Page is great.

And this contest is great. I had fun. Thanks again to you and Scale Creep.

Data Cards

"These are the data cards for the different ship classes," writes Andrew Walters. "Additional ships could be added to the product line just by adding more cards, since the rules are complete and have room for more types of ship, and the cards contain everything you need to know about the ships."
