Finally I gave him a few good coats of Testors Dullcoat. I use Dullcoat because of the nice flat finish. I hate Glosscoat, as it tends to obscure details and I just can't stand that shiny, slippery look...

After the Dullcoat dried, I painted the mouth and eyes with slightly watered down Delta Ceramcoat Gloss Varnish to give them a nice wet look.

That's it! All that's left is to throw him in a box and shoot him off to Bill - and I won't bore you with those details!!
