Painting Time

I primed the robot with a light-grey spray, since I knew it would mostly be white.

Primed model - notice the pins in his feet

Then I stuck him onto the biggest cork you ever did see ( I have no idea where this thing came from).

I then drybrushed all of him with white, using a wide brush. I started painting areas that would be dark or metallic with black. This stage took ages. I'd forgotten why I stopped white priming - this brought it all screaming back.

I was quickly going nuts, so painted his big Cylon-style eye with a series of greens up to white. I at least gave him a bit of a face, so I could relate to him a little (us painters are weird at times).
