Monkey Hanger Fezian writes:

Well, after many years of resisting the urge to start a Napoleonic collection, 2008 saw my willpower crumble and I took the plunge!

I decided to start with 6mm figures (other club members already had this scale), and chose Baccus (as I have painted other figures from Peter's ranges, and found them easy to paint yet well detailed).

The figures come in strips of four. A pack (NBR 1) contains 4 command strips and 20 strips of infantry, giving a total of 96 figures. For my battalions, I decided to represent the flank companies with 2 strips of flank company figures (NBR 2).

The figures have no flash to them, and only require a straightening of some of the muskets. They are nicely cast with crisp raised detail that takes paint and an ink wash well.
