Then to finish the face!
I painted the teeth in the same colors as the horns.
The tongue is Red Gore for a basecoat, with a couple of highlights adding Elf Flesh. The eyes are first painted in Blazing Orange, then Sunburst Yellow. Finally, a small triangle of Chaos Black adds the slit of the eye.
The fur around Bugharoth's hooves and nether regions is painted Chaos Black, then carefully drybrushed Chaos Black mixed with Codex Grey, then Codex Grey by itself. The fur is then dulled down with a very watery mix of black ink and Scorched Brown.
The hooves and fingernails are painted in the same way as the fur, but with an additional highlight of Space Wolf Grey added to the Codex Grey, and no ink wash.
