DemosLaserCutDesigns Fezian of Cyborg Trucker's Wargaming Blog writes:

With the basics of each figure done, I then switched to dealing with all the cuts, gashes and wounds.

I will be using Red Ink, so I wanted both figures completely done so the blood could trail down the entire figure (if need be).

For the cuts and gashes, I used Reaper Maroon to color the flesh inside the cuts and tears. I then trickled on Red Ink, following the flow of gravity from the wounds and out Ma's mouth and down her chest.

The hands were liberally covered in Red Ink.
