Gary Leitzell writes:

Step 6

Dwarven mage, step 6

Silver was painted over all metal parts. I tend to use the Coat d'arms (old-Games Workshop brand) for this because it will cover white with one coat.

step 6, rear view

The cloak on one figure was painted dark green.

Dwarven general, step 6

At this point, I painted in the gold details and highlighted the cloak before covering all the silver, green and gold areas with a wash of Liquitex Paynes Grey, again with some gloss varnish.

Finish

A yellow line has been added to the cloak

A yellow line was painted around the cloak, and a black belt was painted.

Rear view of the finished Dwarven general

The figures were dullcoated with Floquil figure flat.

That was it! Nothing fancy....
