The base was made from a large block of Sculpey, and was mounted on a GW 40mm round base. The holes were put into the base with the backside of an old paintbrush, so the static grass I was going to use would stand up more.
The entire base was basecoated with GW Scorched Brown, then drybrush-highlighted with Ceramcoat Autumn Brown, and then drybrush-highlighted again with GW Bubonic Brown.
