Next, I repeated the whole paneling process on the underside of the ship. Starting with a mix of my base gray and some white, I painted panels, added white, painted panels, etc…
After I had added all the panels I wanted on the underside, I mixed up a thin black wash. I added some Future this time to keep the wash in the recesses and panel lines.
I was a little bit careful when I applied the black wash - I didn't want it to run all over the nearly finished green side of the figure.
