To finish up the scene, I glued the tombstone into its slot on the base. I looked over the whole thing and finished up a few details, such as painting in the skeleton's teeth (there's a small skull on the base I did at this time). I drybrushed the dirt with Spice Brown, followed by Delta Toffee Brown.
It was about time to call it quits. I used some Elmer's to attach some brownish-yellow static grass, and punched my timecard. I took the last few pics before I spray sealed the minis, since I planned to do that at work the next day (I am an art instructor at a small college in Northeast Kansas, and I have a spray booth there). I'll use Krylon Satin Clear with a light spray of Testors Dullcote.
All in all, I was pretty happy with the way the figs turned out. I like Murch's stuff quite a bit - the details are usually pretty crisp and practically paint themselves.
I had a lot of fun working on the project. Best of all, it helped me get back into working on my website, which I should have up on the web sometime soon. Hopefully, you'll stop by!
