When I received these painted figures from Old Guard Painters, I mounted them individually on square steel bases, contoured them with Liquitex Modelling Paste, painted the ground brown, and attached flocking using Renaissance Ink X-Fine Flocking Gel (clear gel).

In a few cases - where I got the Modelling Paste where I shouldn't have - I used brown paint to add a few "mud splotches" to the figures.

The manufacturer promises at least 50 figures per pack. We received 54. (The "prone" figures from this set will be shown in a future article.)
