Holger Schmidt Fezian of Fantasy Miniatures writes:

I don't know why, but when I saw the miniature, I knew at once that she had to have red hair. So I mixed Pyrrole Orange with Oxide Brown Deep, and used it as the darkest shade.

I added Pyrrole Orange and Permanent Yellow Medium for the highlights.

For the blade of the axe, I just used pure aluminium colour.

The miniature itself was finished now, but the base still needed some colour. I used anthracite for the gaps, and grey for the tiles.

I then used different chalks again for aging the tiles.
