So I applied the base colors.
The Sheriff
The Sheriff received a combination of khaki for his shirt, and olive drab for his hat, tie, and pants. Gun, belt and shoes in black. A very simple scheme, inspired by a local officer I saw while doing jury duty a while back.
The Biker
The Biker is mostly in dark colors. I did his T-shirt in black, his leather in black-grey, and his pants - as jeans - in a mixture of blue and black. He has a red bandana.
Loverboy
Loverboy is wearing jeans - same as the Biker - with a white T-shirt, a blue short-sleeve button-down worn open, and a red ball cap. Oh, and white tennis shoes.
Note that for white, I actually used a light grey for the base color, which was just Vallejo White with a little black.
The Waitress
The Waitress has a pink uniform with a white apron, a frilly white cap, black pumps, and what will be a silver serving dish, currently undercoated black.
The Butcher
The Butcher is wearing dark grey shorts, brown shoes, a light blue smock, and a white apron.
