From the looks of it, you can ditch the tables and lay the Assault Table Top across some of the various piles in the room. You may need to even out the height of some of the piles though. :)

Very similar to what I do. I bought three 2'x4' ceiling tiles and glued Woodland Scenic green mat to each tile leaving a 2 inch overhang on the long side two of the tiles so that when I lay them side by side so it covers my 4'x6' table. Also light weight and easy enough to dissemble and carry to conventions on the back seat of my car.

I have owned a number of these over the year, light, compact and look very good.
