I once had a Platoon 20 figure that looked remarkably similar and was labeled "corespondent". I'm working from a failing memory here, but the cameras and bags are exactly as I remember.

Bill, yes you are correct. These are from the Rafm Charlie Company line of 20mm Vietnam War figures, and this is from their "Specialists pack" (where a couple of the figures made absolutely no sense whatsoever), which along with their civilians pack, seems to be discontinued.
This is the photojournalist. Yes the white doo rag is way too conspicuous. If you want I can take a pic of my figure and send it to you.

(Although Geraldo Rivera did not cover the Vietnam War…)

I googled Dennis Hopper in Apocalypse Now, and his dew-rag was red. I may give them all different colors!
