It is a gorgeous piece, but in my 20+ years of fantasy war gaming, I've only used castles a couple of times… I cannot justify the expense of a castle in miniature, other than cardstock, and cardboard. I had the same reaction with the last Dwarven Forge city kickstarter: it is gorgeous, but I cannot justify the investment for what very little use it will see in my gaming. YMMV. Cheers!

Tower stairwell should be counterclockwise going down not clockwise it has to do with the defender being able to swing his sword in his right hand while the attacker going up the stairs does not have room to swing his sword
