I'm using MAC and cannot place an order for the brushes. Very frustrating.

This winter has been rough on all of my favorite brushes, which have variously started to curl, frizz, or just plain wear out. Therefore, I was delighted to receive a package in the mail, and within, this box...

The box

I sliced through the label that was holding it shut, and discovered...

Within the box

...five red sable brushes from miniaturelovers.com. (They even say "Miniaturelovers" right on the handles.)

The brushes are even labled Miniaturelovers!

According to the company:

Miniaturelovers.com Pure Red Sable Brushes are made from carefully selected Pure Red Sable hair. After careful preparation of hair, brushes are individually made paying attention to detail, so that each brush develops a needle point and resiliency. Seamless nickel-plated ferrule and black polished handles.

The samples I received were round brushes in sizes 10/0, 5/0, 3/0, 1 and 2. (They also make round brushes in 2/0, 0, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12; and flat brushes in sizes 0, 2 and 4.)

The brushes are even labled Miniaturelovers!

I've not had much experience with red sable brushes before, so I am looking forward to giving these a try. (I'm also aware that nice brushes such as these may require better care - feel free to share any tips you may have for me!)
