These BattleTech mechs recently crossed my workbench for a minor upgrade.

Mechs

I think of these as my Desert World mercs. If I had an actual team name, I've forgotten it, so I'll have to come with a new one. These haven't seen much table time lately.

Mechs

I stopped trying to keep up with the BattleTech universe a long time ago, so in my mind, these are a variety of secondhand mechs that wound up in the hands of mercenaries.

The upgrade was to slap some FlexSteel on their bases, so I could move them to a magnet-lined storage box. Fortunately, LITKO sells FlexSteel in hexagons. I also write the model name and manufacturer on the FlexSteel with a Gelly Roll white pen.

My plan is to building up an opposing faction, so I can get these models back on the tabletop!
