This wonderful figure came into my collection many years ago.

The inscription reads "Yarrick - IG" (it's a 40K reference).

On the back, a multi-color inscription reads:
PaintingPro wishes Bill a special 46th h.b.

If I remember correctly, PaintingPro was a professional painter from Argentina, and this was a gift from him back in 2003. I looked, and it seems we've never featured this figure on the website before.

The reason we're talking about this figure today is… that wonderful, beautiful, heavy base. It works great for display, but on the tabletop, I've found the figure is easily damaged – if anyone brushes against the figure, the weight of the base means things are more likely to break off or bend.

The 'staff' coming out of the backpack has been straightened many times over the years, until finally it snapped. So this time, I drilled out the backpack and glued in a shorter version of the original!

Now repaired, Yarrick is ready for many battles to come! (And no doubt, the staff will bend and break yet again…)
