This set of 32 figures includes a mix of kneeling/firing and standing/reloading figures. About a third of the figures are kneeling/firing, which is probably right for a unit in the middle of battle, given the reloading rates of crossbows.
The "kneelers" stubbornly resisted my attempts to get a good photo of them, but the "standers" were more amenable:
Interestingly, since some of these figures have cast-on pavises, you could "borrow" the pavises from the archers' pack if you preferred to equip the crossbowmen instead.
