Bill really likes his "far side of the hill" Soviets. I'm happy for him.

Since today is Memorial Day in the U.S., I thought it might be appropriate to display some of the 15mm Soviet casualty figures from Peter Pig.

Casualties

There are eight figures in each pack, and our samples included three poses. The figures were painted by Old Guard Painters, and based by myself.

Casualties

While few WWII rulesets require the use of casualty models, some gamers prefer to use them as visual reminders of the status of combat units, rather than clutter the tabletop with unsightly markers.

Casualties

Casualty figures can also be used to memorialize a location on the tabletop where a particularly tough combat occurred.
