These 28mm scale Babylonian spearmen are from Castaway Arts' new Babylonian line, which thoughtfully provides six different spear-equipped figures:
OB1 - Spearman Attacking
OB2 - Spearman Advancing
OB1 (above, left) wears a belted kilt and a pointed cap, is bearded, and has shoulder-length, curly hair. His right hand is open to take a spear (provided separately); the peg on his left hand fits into a shield (also provided separately). Only defect is a "bump" on the back of the kilt (looks easily removable).
OB2 (above, right) is similar, but with more equipment: straps across the torso, with armor disks on the front and back; also armor in front under the belt. He also has two rod-like items under his belt (and right arm). The kilt is slightly different from OB1. Only defect is a seam/notch on the back of the left arm.
OB3 - Spearman Standing
OB4- Spearman Advancing
OB3 (above, left) is equipped similarly to OB2, with the exception of cap with a tassle in the back. The cap has crosshatching which varies by row, perhaps suggesting a knitted or embroidered cap. The torso armor differs in small details (the straps are single and wide rather than narrow and double, for instance).
OB4 (above, right) has a simple, unbelted kilt; wide straps across front and back of the torso (but no armor disks); and the same cap as OB3. (He also has straight hair instead of curly.) There's a slight raised seam part of the left arm.
OB5 - Spearman Attacking
OB9 - Spearman Attacking
OB5 (above, left) has a simple kilt with a "striped" belt; double torso straps with armor disks; and a plain cap. Only defect is a slight raised seam across back of the kilt.
OB9 (above, right) is the only figure whose spear is cast-on rather than separate. He wears a belted kilt with fringe; cape tied about the neck; and a cap that ties under his chin. His hair is not visible (shorter?).
Spears and Shields
Our figures came with small ziploc bags with individual spears and shields. The spears have some minor variation in length, but are otherwise identical. (However, the spearheads differ in minor detail from the cast-on spear of OB9.)
There are two varieties of shield - a shield with a tail (or tassle?), and a shield with stitching around the edges. Both shields have braces in the back, and a hole that matches the peg on the figure's left hands.

The figures average 27mm from bottom of foot to eye-level, and 30mm to top of the cap.
