Dinosaur

While I was on the hunt recently for some missing miniatures, I discovered this wonderful fellow!

Dinosaur

He had been boxed away during my house move a few years ago, and finally got to see the light of day once more.

Dinosaur

Unfortunately, I have no memory of where he came from! (Well, I know I didn't paint him…) Was he painted on assignment for TMP? Did I buy him on eBay? I checked my records, but cannot find any mention of him.

Dinosaur

The base is 50mm square, and the only change I've made is to add FlexSteel from Litko to the bottom.

Dinosaur

By the weight of the model, I suspect it is metal and not resin.

Dinosaur

And it must be multi-piece, as you can see where the tail is attached.

Dinosaur

And I would bet the legs were once separate pieces, too.

Dinosaur

Hopefully, someone will recognize this model and identify the manufacturer.

Dinosaur

Or maybe the model is no longer in production?

Dinosaur

Could it have been painted as part of a set, to go with my cavemen? (For gaming purposes, not historical purposes… grin)

Dinosaur

Let's hope the artist recognizes his work, and makes contact!
