Back about five years ago, there was a fantasy game called Crucible from Ral Partha, with an associated line of miniatures.
Well, that publisher and that game are long gone now, but there were some interesting figures in that product line - such as the Boogey Men.

The pack came with two single-part figures (and two slottabases).
The figures wear 19th Century garb.

One has a long dagger, and carries a bag in his left hand.

The other figure is swinging a club in his left hand, and has a dagger in his right hand.

They look fairly ordinary, until you get a good look at their faces...

Although Crucible is gone, the Boogey Men remain available. In the U.K., you can find them in the Fantasy Armies line at Ral Partha Europe. In North America, you can special order them from Iron Wind Metals (but you won't find them listed yet in the online catalog).
Figures measure 25mm and 28mm from bottom of feet to eye-level, and 30mm and 35mm to top of hat.
