With the WereKnight, sculptor Dennis Mize started with a character that was poorly shown in the original artwork (glimpsed from behind-and-to-the-side), and has had to really imagine the "rest of him" in order to sculpt this figure.
The original concept shows the WereKnight bracing as he's about to be attacked by some fiercesome cat-man. Dennis seems to have "swung" the arms around, bringing the dagger back and the sword forward.
The eye patch is a nice touch - it's on the side of the face not visible in the original art, so I'm not sure if Dennis invented it, or if this comes from the WereKnight's background (presumably, the original art is from a novel or RPG product).
Mysteriously, I'm not even sure if this figure is the WereKnight - he looks like the protagonist in the art, and the painting is titled WereKnight,, but I suppose the cat-man could be the actual WereKnight...
