Here is my version. Amazon succulent from Amazon.

I am doing a miniatures game using Congo, but set in the Amazon, based on the Lost City of Z and I needed some large plants, maybe man-eating. This set is perfect. See my photo of how I set them with other plants. These two are best, with the longer ones as additions to the diorama. The few stones included in the pots are also useful. Highly recommended for miniatures games.

In my previous article, I took some plastic plants from the dollar store and based them up for the tabletop as gigantic plants.

Giant succulent

Same idea, different plastic succulent. Definitely sci-fi or fantasy, I would think!

Giant succulent

This type is a 'flatter' plant, so it's not blocking line of sight as much as the previous plants.

Here's a shot with a 28mm figure to give a sense of scale…

…and if we look from ground level, you can see that this plant is shorter then the previous ones.

In fact, the plant is flat enough that your players will want to know: "Can my troops walk on that? Can my vehicle drive over that?" It's your call.
