Pensacola side view

There were two ships in this class - the Pensacola and the Salt Lake City - and you can't fight Guadalcanal without them.

This model shows all of the major ship structures in the correct positions, though masts have been simplified. The forward superstructure seems a bit short. Our sample had some excess epoxy on the aft turrets, easily sliced away with a sharp hobby knife.
