Sometimes, bad things happen to good minis.
In this case, TMP owes an apology to all parties. We received a set of miniatures for our Showcase feature, and commissioned a professional painter to paint them for us. The painted figures were received by us.
And unfortunately, around the time I was moving into the new house, the figures became separated from their paperwork. So they were on a shelf here, waiting until the day we could figure out what they were and why they were here.
Recently, I discovered the figures' electronic trail. They were painted for us by Legions Forward Miniature Painting Service, and I apologize to them for our error.
Furthermore, the figures were provided to TMP by Steel Crown Productions, and were part of their Exodus Wars 28mm range. I use the past tense, as I had heard that Steel Crown Productions – formerly one of our advertisers here at TMP – had closed their doors in 2015.
Update! I have since learned that Steel Crown Productions is still active, and their products are now available through HLS Models.
So we have let down two of our friends, but at least we can finally show you the completed figures, and perhaps someone will be inspired to acquire the range and bring it back on the market.
The Royal Empire of Man: Marcovians
The saviours of the Empire, it is said that when the Goetian War ended the Marcovians were everywhere. Their martial nature and massive army allowed them to send soldiers to every corner of the Empire, their generals led the other factions into battle and the Marcovian warriors led the charge on a thousand battlefields.
The Marcovians are a faction for the Royal Empire of Man, and we have a Royal Empire Marcovian Captain and one Royal Empire Marcovian Conscript Squad.
