Lyria - the most complex figure in this set - comprises four components: ![]() A horse body (since Lyria is a centaur)... ![]() Her human body, actively posed in the moment of drawing an arrow... ![]() Her bow, which fits into her left hand... ![]() And her mace, which hangs from her belt. Why so many components? With the four parts molded separately, the assembled figure can be more dimensional than a single-piece figure. Obviously, the sculptor has not compromised the artist's vision in order to suit the constraints of manufacturing. |
