I had the opportunity to have this set of soft-plastic figures painted by our friends in Sri Lanka, Fernando Enterprises. I asked them to follow the painting examples on the box.

Last time, I based up some prone infantry. This time, we have something a bit more unusual – a trio of female Soviet radio operators!

Depending on the scale of game being played, I can see this figure being paired with some infantry to comprise a radio/command team, or alternately used almost as a marker (paired with an officer) to designate a higher level of command.

It might have been nice to have an alternate pose with a standing figure. But would the female radio operator lug her own radio? If so, she must have been tough!

Still a few more figures to come!
