"re parking at the Town Hall. This year there will be slightly fewer parking
spaces behind the Town Hall due to building work. There will still be approx
50 spaces behind the Town Hall and 20 spaces in front on the Town Hall.
There is also street parking around the church and as a last resort there is
a pay and display 200 yards away at the Travel Lodge Hotel that is £3.00 GBP all
day. We don't think this should cause any problems for the 60 teams that are
attending but it would be helpful for people to car share where ever
possible. We are also told that we will NOT have to fill out parking permits
for everyone this year."

generally it would be considered good practice to indicate which rule-sets these are runners and riders for, and perhaps even the location of the con.

I would say that both are Field of Glory and as the convention is BADcon that is Burton and District Wargamers con in Burton on Trent.

The link does indeed confirm this.

There is normally a DBMM tournament as well but they don't seem to be listed here.
