So I recently got my 6mm Greeks and Persians together for the first time. We used the Hail Caesar rules and the result was a very enjoyable affair.

Full AAR, including lots of pictures, can be found at Hook Island

Very nice AAR and pics – an epic of almost Herodotean proportions!

Thanks a lot, that's high praise indeed! :)

In my opinion "Hail Cesar" seems to be very interesting for 6/10/15 mm, beautifull layout.

Thanks. And yes it works very well with smaller scales, even though it's probably designed with 28mm in mind. All we did here was to convert inches to cm, and it worked like a charm.

That had to be a pretty intense game. Well done on the AAR.

I tend to agree, have only seen BP being played, but understand the basic mechanics of that and HC are the same, so it works with various scales.

I love 28's the most, but cant argue, with smaller scales, you can put larer battles, 'more boots on the ground', miniatures on the table.
