Gents, There are a number of pictures showing BW sizes of 12cm in the DB rule book. From player experience, what size table would be the optimal size if I was to use a BW size of 14cm…essentially the same size as the 12cm examples in the rulebook.. Would a 6'x4 table do it without things becoming 'cramped'? Cheers Happy W |

I played with the armies starting 6 BW apart, which in your case is less than 3', giving each side 6" space to deploy. Looks about right to me. |

Thanks for that info. How about the width of table required with 8-10 units at 12cm wide per base? Is a 6' table wide enough? HappyW |

I played my first game on friday evening with 12cm base widths on a 6' x 6' table and there was plenty of room. We started 2' in from each edge too. Next game should see a few more units on each side taking us over 32 points. I think there'll still be enough room. I use more terrain than the rules say as well. |

Should be adequate. If the table seems cramped then you may just have to houserule that a number of points must be spent on strategies rather than troops. |

How about a table size of 93 x 166 cm (my dinning table) with Impetus bases. |
