Couple of questions. When adapting BI list Sumerian Beta list do the Heavy chariots get to fire javelins.
Are Sumerian spear best in large units or single.
Finally: dare units best all joined up in unbrocken battle line. I prefer look of individual units at least 10mm apart. |

Spear units generally work best contiguous to avoid being contacted alone (remember that units in combat aren't allowed to line up perfectly with just one unit). When I model my spear units I clump the figures in the centre of their bases so when bases touch the figures themselves remain in their own blocks. |
