Looks like I've located this rules set, that's been tucked away for a while. Haven't pulled it out of the box yet, though.

Forgot I had it, and am interested in giving it a spin.

Is there a QRS included with it, or is there one on-line that I can print out?

Are there any variants/rules to permit it to be used for the early Italian Wars Renaissance period, e.g. 1494 – 1525, or so?

I suspect I may need to adjust them a little for arquebuses, and perhaps a few other things. Any other mods needed for early Renaissance warfare in Italy?

Also, are there any other scenarios people have come up with, in addition to those in the book?

Great set of rules. Only problem is there are quite a few versions.Have you got the Foundry set or the original set ?

The Foundry one.

I'm also interested in the differences between this version, and the variant published just before Foundry did their copy.

The foundry pdf download is no longer on their site. I still have it on file if you want.

While quickly scanning the list of headings, I misread this as "Gore Vidal's Warfare"

Gore Vidal's Warfare

Have not played but I have read the rules. It is a cross genre system. If nothing else, the rules are incredibly well written. evil grin

Back On topic.
I suspect they will work fine for WotR etc. Most units will have some form of body armor and much of the heavy cavalry will be fully armored. Etc. Etc.

I don't know of a QRS online. Ask at the Wargames Foundry maybe? I believe there was a page in the pack of the book that you could photo-copy.

Thanks for all the replies and info.

I got a copy from Luis, who was kind enough to forward them on to me.
