GALLEON is a set of wargame rules designed for a quick and easy wargame for naval battles in and around the Spanish Armada period.
I’ve tried to maintain the flavour of this period whilst also trying to keep them as simple as possible. You will find that the movement, gunnery, damage determination and boarding actions are reasonably quick and straight forward. Hopefully they are also easy to follow.
1 Ship = 1 Ship. Ship model scale = I use 1:500 although other scales can be easily adapted. I have chosen this scale mainly because I have quite a number of the old Airfix Revenge, Mayflower and Santa Maria.
