I made my own German rule set - but it had never been balanced by real play testing. People who know the 6th and 7th, know that its hard to find anyone who even knows the basic rules, not to talk about more complex rule sets like SoI. I wrote this program to balance these rules. I've included the German rules for those who could read them ... They are out of date and describe the pre balanced idea. They are partly ahead, as they describe not yet implemented features.
